Characters are assigned beforehand, and you will be sent tips for the event and for costume ideas, if desired. As always, our murder mystery will begin with a themed dinner!\nDescription of Murder! At the Masquerade from the author:\n“One dance. One unknown host. One murder, and counting…\nYou receive an invitation to a masquerade ball. It appears out of nowhere, like magic.\nThe host is unknown, but the location is enticing: an old castle off the coast, built on a small island, accessible only by boat. On the invitation is a challenge, written in gold ink to attract the eye,\nAll guests will compete for the ultimate prize.\nThe catch? You cannot reveal your true identity.\nYou cannot refuse.\nA storm brews as you board the boat. You arrive at the castle and still, the host is not revealed.\nThe storm grows, and lightning strikes; soon you hear a scream – a body is found on the rocks, pushed from the ballroom balcony.\nA woman is dead. But who was she?\nAs you discuss the deadly dance with your fellow guests, you will ask these questions:\nWho is the host?\nWhy did the host throw a masquerade ball?\nWhy were you invited?\nWhat is the ultimate prize?\nWho are your fellow guests?\nBy solving these riddles, you may catch the murderer.\nAnd maybe if you catch the murderer, you will leave the island alive.\nMaybe.”\nCost: $25\nThere are currently no more open spots for this event.
